William Guy Knibbs
William Guy Knibbs passed away suddenly on Friday, April 14, 2006 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus, in Middletown. He was 44.
He has gone on to find eternal peace and joy in a place where his love for his children and grandchild will be carried to them on every ray of sunshine. Bill will be remembered for the love he had inside for his children and grandchild, whom he loved with all of his heart. He was a kind and compassionate person who had a genuine love of animals.
Bill was born in Yonkers, N.Y. on December 7, 1961, to the late Richard and Marjorie Chapman Knibbs.
He is survived by his three children: daughter, Shana and her fiance, Craig Zeman, of Middletown, son, William Jr., and daughter, Kathryn, both of Middletown; his precious granddaughter, Izabelle; two sisters, Gloria and her husband, Albert Prado, of Otisville, and Gale Lombardo of Bloomingburg; three brothers: Richard and Marc, both of Highland Falls, and David and his wife, Laura, of New Hampton; two aunts, Roberta A. Shustak of Cornwall, and Etta LaFerriere of Connecticut; and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove Street, Middletown, N.Y. on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, from 9-10:30 a.m. prior to services.
Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18, at St. Joseph's Church, 149 Cottage Street, Middletown, N.Y. Cremation will be in the Cedar Hill Crematory in Newburgh, N.Y.
