Obituary
Susan D. Davis, a local resident for most of her life, entered into rest on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Garnet Health Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. She was 71 years of age.
Daughter of the late Charles and Alice Shields, she was born on November 3, 1951 in Port Jervis, NY.
Susan had been employed as a sales representative and wine maven for Elmira Distributors in Elmira, NY. She supported and donated to many charities.
Survivors include: her son, William J. Davis Jr. and his wife Megan Ancona-Davis of New Hampton, and daughter Raina I. Obie of Howells, NY; her son-in-law William J. Obie of Middletown; four grandchildren, William Peter Davis, Olivia Faith Davis, Aiden Edward Davis and Xavier Raymond Obie; her sister Denise; numerous nieces & nephews. Susan was predeceased by her parents and sisters Jean and Fern.
Cremation will take place in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY.
A Memorial Service will be announced and held at a later date.
