Sherry L. King

– Sherry L. King, a 28 year resident of Dingmans Ferry, PA and formerly of Howells, NY, entered into rest on Friday, December 30, 2022 at her home in Dingmans Ferry, PA. She was 61 years of age.

     The daughter of Ronald L. Bennett Jr. and the late Linda Bennett, she was born on January 12, 1961 in Middletown, NY.

     Sherry had formerly been employed as a manager at Rite-Aid Pharmacy in various locations in the area.

    Survivors include: her companion, Paul Quick at home in Dingmans Ferry; her father, Ronald L. Bennett Jr. and his companion Joy Foster in Howells, NY; her two sons, David King Jr. of Dingmans Ferry and Jason King and his significant other Eileen Hackett of Nanuet, NY; 5 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren; her sisters, Susan Bennett Perkowski and companion Anthony Roberto of Matamoras, PA and Kelly L. Bennett of Middletown, NY; her brother, Ronald L. Bennett III of Middletown, NY; numerous nieces & nephews. Sherry was predeceased by her daughter Mandee Lynn King, her brother Daniel Bennett, her mother Linda Bennett and her ex-husband David King Sr.

    A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 AM to 1 PM Friday, January 6th at Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown, NY. Funeral services will begin at 1 PM with Reverend Jeffrey Farley officiating. Interment will follow in the Howells Cemetery, Howells, NY.
