Patricia Eileen Ward

       Patricia Eileen Ward, an 11 year area resident, entered into rest on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh, NY. She was 87 years of age.

    The daughter of the late Albert and Helen Dolan Langron, she was born on April 30, 1934 in Astoria, Queens, NY.

    Patricia was formerly employed as a Dental Assistant. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Middletown.

   Survivors include:  her husband, Lawrence P. Ward at home in Middletown; her son, Thomas Patrick Ward and his wife Karen of Myrtle Beach, SC; her daughter, Barbara Ann Ward of Queens, NY; and 4 grandchildren, Maureen, Tracie, Andrew and Christian; great granddaughter A'Mayah. Patricia was predeceased by her two sisters Mary and Joan and brother Albert.

    A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-9 PM Wednesday, February 16th at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown, NY.

    A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 AM Thursday, February 17th in St. Joseph’s Church, 149 Cottage St., Middletown, NY. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Middletown, NY.

    Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, Middletown, NY.
