Nila E. Runnalls

Nila E. Runnalls, a lifelong area resident, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at her home in Middletown, NY. She was 78 years of age.

   The daughter of the late W. James and Harriet Francisco, she was born on July 1, 1945 in Middletown, NY.

    Nila was a Registered Nurse with Middletown Psychiatric Center and most recently with Hudson Valley D.D.S.O. in Theills, NY.

    Nila was a member of the Otisville-Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church, the Otisville Grange # 1020 P of H, and the Pomona State and National Grange.

   Survivors include: her daughter, Lori B. McCollum of Turin, NY; her granddaughter, Kendall A. McCollum of Middletown; brother, William J. Francisco and his wife Frances of Gilbertsville, PA; and nephew, Matthew H. Francisco and his wife Elizabeth of Schwenksville, PA.

  A visitation for family and friends will be held from 3-6 PM Monday, August 28th at Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown, NY.

   Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, August 29th at the Otisville-Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church, Main St., Otisville, NY. Reverend Jeffrey Farley will officiate. Interment will follow in the Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery, Bloomingburg, NY.
