Mary Hart

    Mary Hart, a 44 year area resident, entered into rest on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at her home in Middletown, NY. She was 71 years of age.

    The daughter of the late James and Elizabeth McLaughlin Mitchell, she was born on January 2, 1946 in Paisley, Scotland.

     Mary had been employed as a librarian at St. Joseph’s School in Middletown. She also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.

    Survivors include: her husband, David E. Hart at home in Middletown; her daughter, Elizabeth Hart and her husband Vincent Rocco of Middletown; two brothers, James and John Mitchell both of Scotland; and several nieces and nephews.

     Friends may call from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, May 3rd at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown, NY.

    Graveside Services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, May 4th in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Cottage St., Middletown, NY.

    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary’s memory to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties Inc., 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550.
