LOUIS MARKSON Middletown, N.Y. Louis Markson of Middletown, a retired Mechanic with Regional Trucking in Middletown, and a longtime resident of the area, died Friday, November 12, 2004 at Bronx V.A. Medical Center. He was 87. The son of Irving and Lillian Davis Markson, he was born May 20, 1917 in Jeffersonville. He was the widower of Netta Markson. He was a P.O.W in Germany during WWII while a member of the U.S. Army Air Corp. Survivors include his companion of many years, Anne Resnick of Brooklyn; sister, Caroline Malmad of Middletown; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces, Lily and Hayley who adored him. He was predeceased by wife, Netta; and his brother, Philip Markson. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 13, 2004 in the Temple Sinai Cemetery, Route 302, Circleville. Rabbi Joel Schwab will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Cornelius, Dodd and Connell Funeral Home, Middletown
