Kathleen Frye

Kathleen Frye, a 40 year area resident, entered into rest on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at the Montefiore – New Rochelle Hospital in New Rochelle, NY. She was 77 years of age.

    The daughter of the late Bernard and Elizabeth Eick Perkins, she was born on June 26, 1946 in Elizabeth, NJ.

   Kathleen retired as a sales agent for the Gage Insurance Agency in Middletown.

    Survivors include: her niece, Laura T. Diamond of Blacklick, OH; her sisters-in-law, Valerie Harmon of Hastings-on-Hudson and Joyce Krauss and her husband Albert of Yorktown Heights. Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Robert J. Frye, her brother Robert Perkins and sister Patricia Diamond.

    A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2-4 PM Sunday, January 14th at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown, NY.

    Funeral services will be held 10AM Monday, January 15th at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Howells Cemetery, Howells, NY.

    Memorial contributions may be made in Kathleen’s name to the Humane Society of Middletown, 142 Bloomingburg Road, Middletown, NY 10940.

   Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, Middletown, NY.
