Jeanette C. Reynolds

   Jeanette C. Reynolds, a lifelong area resident, entered into rest on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the Valley View Center in Goshen, NY. She was 98 years of age.

     The daughter of the late Louis and Christine Masci Rufflo, she was born on June 24, 1926 in Middletown, NY.

    Jeanette was a homemaker and formerly worked as a proctor for Civil Service exams, and enjoyed ushering at the Paramount Theater in Middletown. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Middletown and enjoyed volunteering at the church.

     Survivors include: her daughter, Mary Elizabeth Booth and her husband George; her son, Jonathan “Jody” Reynolds and his wife Lori; her grandchildren, Terry Frassetto, Christine Matos, Jonathan Reynolds, Mary Dygert and Kate Strasser-Randzin; her great grandchildren, Gates Frassetto, Caila Frassetto, Angelo Matos, Angelina Matos and August Merritt Reynolds; her sister, Mary Alteri. Jeanette was predeceased by her husband Merritt Reynolds and daughter Cheryl.

    A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM Friday, April 4th at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown, NY. Funeral services will be held at 12 PM. Interment will follow in the family plot in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Middletown.

    Memorial contributions may be made to any local animal shelter.
