Elizabeth Clark Crist, 91, of Middletown died March 31, 2015 in Reidsville, North Carolina.
She was the daughter of the late Hulet D. and Florence B. Clark. She was married to Frederick W. Crist, who died in 1972.
Survivors include one son, Dr. Stephen C. Crist, one grandson, Timothy F. Crist, one granddaughter, Joy E. Crist, one great-grandson, Stephen J. Crist, and a niece and two nephews.
She was predeceased by one sister, Mary Clark Carman.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family, and there will be no visitation. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery in Middletown.
Memorial contributions may be made to any humane society.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, Middletown, NY.
