Dorothy R. "Dottie" Constable

Dorothy R. "Dottie" Constable, a lifelong area resident, entered into rest on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Bridges of Marbridge in Manchaca, TX. She was 81 years of age.

The daughter of the late Willis and Elizabeth Dahneke Reynolds, she was born on April 26, 1934 in Middletown, NY.

Dottie had been employed as a secretary for Cornell Cooperative Extension of Orange County in Middletown, NY. She was a member of the Otisville-Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church, the Christian Women's Association, and the Mt. Hope Seniors.

Survivors include her son, James E. Constable Jr. and his wife Tina of Manchaca, TX; granddaughter Jessica Elizabeth Constable of Manchaca,TX; several cousins and many dear friends. Dottie was predeceased by her husband James E. Constable Sr. on April 30, 1998.

Memorial Services will be held at 10 AM Saturday, June 27, 2015 in the Otisville-Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church, Main St., Otisville, NY. The Reverend Jeffrey Farley will officiate. Interment of the cremains will take place in the Howells Cemetery, Howells, NY immediately following the service.
