Brian R. Pister

     Brian R. Pister, a lifelong area resident, entered into rest on Saturday May 8, 2021 at Garnet Health Medical Center. He was 34 years of age.

     Son of Joachim and Margery Pister, he was born on July 15, 1986 in Middletown, NY.

   Brian was a sales representative for Alexandria Molding of Ontario, Canada.

   Brian was a skilled craftsman known for his talents with woodworking, sculpting and electronics; his interest in history, and his hobbies which included music, hiking and camping. His family and friends will remember his generous nature, his good humor, and his great love for those around him.

    Survivors include; his wife, Elan G. Bonnema of Middletown; his mother Margery Conklin of Middletown; his father, Joachim Pister of Dover, DE; his sister, Stefanie M. Pister of Middletown; his half-brothers, Joseph and Connor Pister both of Westtown; his half-sister, Madeline Pister of Westtown; his maternal grandmother, Elsie M. Priester of Rotonda West, FL; his paternal grandmother, Sefa Ottenberg of Land O’Lakes, FL; his nieces & nephews, Marisa Goydich, Peter B. Goydich, John Henry Borello, Olivia Borello, Malcom & Jasmin Vail, Zane, Reese, & Ash Lozano; numerous aunts, uncles & cousins; his best friend, David Panzironi of Albany, NY. Brian was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Robert Priester and paternal grandfather, Elliot Ottenberg.

   Funeral Services will be held privately by the family. Interment will be in the Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburg, NY.

   Memorial contributions in Brian’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
