Betty Ramundo Obituary

Betty E. Ramundo, a 20 year area resident, entered into rest on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Schervier Pavilion in Warwick, NY. She was 88 years of age.

The daughter of the late Fredrick and Emma Fuhrer Spengler, she was born on December 14, 1935 in Manhattan, NY.

Betty was retired and was formerly employed as a Merchandising Supervisor for American Greeting Cards Inc. in New York City.

Survivors include: her son, Robert Frederick Hauer of the Bronx, NY; son-in-law Christopher Daleo of Florida, NY; grandchildren Nicholas Paul Daleo, Milan Hauer, Maya Hauer, Robert Hauer & Anthony Hauer; 1 niece & 1 nephew; great niece & great nephews. Betty was predeceased by her husbands, Hermann Hauer & Gerard Ramundo, her daughter Debra P. Daleo and brother Manfred L. Spengler.

Cremation will take place at the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY followed by a private interment.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, Middletown, NY.
