Anne R. Halcott

        Anne R. Halcott, a lifelong area resident, entered into rest on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Middletown Park Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in the Town of Wallkill, NY. She was 101 years of age.

    The daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Parsenese Capozella, she was born on March 31, 1920 in Middletown, NY.

     Anne was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking. She also enjoyed trips with the seniors to broadway shows and the Jersey shore.

     Her son Brian would like to thank Dr.Alvin Viray and his nurse Kathy of Crystal Run Healthcare, and the staff at Middletown Park for her end of life care. Also a special thank you to Trap for all the great meals he prepared for Mom.

   Survivors include; her loving and devoted son, Brian P. Halcott of Middletown; many nieces & nephews whom she loved dearly. Anne was predeceased by her husband Leslie E. Halcott Jr., siblings Charlie Capozella, Josephine Mauro, Antoinette Annis & Anthony “Gabbo” Capozella.

    Cremation will take place at the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY.

     Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

    Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, Middletown, NY.
